General Management Department (GMD) Satff

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

  • Receive recruitment requests from departments.
  • Post job openings on suitable channels.
  • Screen CVs, contact candidates, arrange interview schedules.
  • Carry out the onboarding process and orientation for new hires.

2. HR Management

  • Manage personnel records, labor contracts, contract appendices, and HR decisions.
  • Track probation/internship periods; carry out evaluation, extension, or official contract signing.
  • Monitor timekeeping, leave, overtime; compile data for payroll processing.
  • Update employee data in the HR management system.

3. Administrative Tasks

  • Manage office supplies, assets, equipment, and administrative expenses.
  • Monitor and manage company administrative services (corporate Grab, courier services, meeting room booking, expense payments, etc.).
  • Draft official letters, notices, decisions, and other administrative documents.
  • Manage and archive documents and records in accordance with regulations.

4. Training & Corporate Culture

  • Coordinate internal training programs.
  • Track training plans and maintain training records.
  • Support internal activities such as birthdays, Year-End Party, Team Building, employee engagement programs, and company events.

5. Process Development

  • Support the development and updating of processes, policies, and forms for the GMD department.
  • Propose solutions to improve administrative and HR processes.

6. Other Tasks

  • Prepare periodic reports as required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 6 months of experience in an Administration - HR or general HR role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong document drafting, records management, and administrative handling skills.
  • Good communication and cross-department coordination skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, with strong organizational skills.
  • Priority given to candidates with Logistics industry experience or experience managing interns.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 08:00 AM - 05:30 PM.

Work Location: 4th Floor, 53-55 Street No. 41, Khanh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
